WHERE IS MY ORDER?TRACK YOUR ORDER You can check your order status using your order number provided to you via email. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Please note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?We do ship internationally from Canada. Please Note: International shipments are calculated by the shipping curriers based on shipping weight, package, and Ojibwe Cosmetics & clothing does NOT have anything to do with shipping costs and their rules & regulations. We provide you the same information the shipping company provides everyone.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?For online orders shipped within the United States, the following Credit Cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal, and eGift Cards purchased from https://ojibwecosmetics.ca/egift-cards Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. For orders shipped to the United States, we accept billing addresses from the United States, Canada and select international countries. Orders placed with Gift Cards will be charged at the time of order placement. Orders placed with other payment methods will be charged at the time the order ships.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF I PURCHASE A “PRE-ORDER” ITEM?Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to the date on which it becomes available for immediate purchase on www.ojibwecosmetics.ca When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email; this date is also visible in the Order History section of your account. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs. If we are unable to ship your product by the estimated ship date, we will provide you with notice and you will have an option to cancel.
